AMPLIFY Is Not What You Think

Most people read the word and hear louder.
Post more. Tweet more. Show up everywhere. Cross-post the same idea to seven platforms and pray the algorithm picks one. That is not Amplify. That is volume, and volume is what people do when they have no leverage.
The MAAD use Amplify to mean something specific.
/// Leverage. Not volume.
Amplify is the verb that turns one operator into an agency. It is the verb that lets a solo builder ship what used to require six people, four meetings, and a Slack channel named #revisions-final-FINAL.
The mechanism is not effort. The mechanism is wiring.
One operator with Claude Code, a few automations, a clean stack, and the discipline to actually use the tools does work that looked like science fiction in 2022. That is not a future prediction. That is happening right now, inside the Society, by people you have not heard of yet.
/// The diagnostic
If you want to know whether you are running Amplify, ask the question:
Where in my work is a machine doing the part of the job I used to do by hand?
If the answer is nowhere, you are not amplifying. You are grinding.
If the answer is everywhere, you are not amplifying either. You outsourced your judgment to a model and called it a strategy. That breaks the moment the model changes.
The MAAD wire the boring layer of the work to automation and keep the judgment layer human. That is the move. The boring layer is bigger than you think. The judgment layer is smaller than you have been told.
/// What to do this weekend
Pick one thing you did this week that took more than 30 minutes and felt repetitive.
Spend 45 minutes wiring it to something that does it for you next week. Not perfectly. Just enough that next Friday you do not do it by hand.
That is Amplify. The compounding starts there.
